We live in a day and age when the internet is becoming a bigger and bigger part of people’s lives. This is true when it comes to all aspects of life as well. In recent years, this has even included the different ways in which people make a living or supplement their income, paid surveys among others. I mean real paid surveys here.
After all, we’re living in difficult economic times and many people are looking for easy, simple, and fun ways to earn a little extra income or reap some beneficial rewards in exchange for just a little bit of their time. They’re looking for something fun, low pressure, and free of scams. However, they definitely expect a pay-off for their valuable time nevertheless.
Internet offers many solutions, but also, it is full of traps we all need to watch out for. Snake oil salesman and such. Please remember, there is no magic formula, if it sounds to good to be true... you've heard that before.
Make Extra Cash
Let’s get down to brass tacks right away, shall we? One of the main reasons you’re thinking seriously about getting into real paid surveys is the possibility of making extra cash. You need it, you want it, and you’re willing to do what it takes to get it. To be fair, your average paid survey taker isn’t going to be making enough money to quit their day job and really only someone completely unrealistic would go into it expecting to. However, if you stick with it, you can probably count on making enough money taking paid surveys to pay your phone bill or fund a couple of trips to the grocery store each month.
Some people do make much more than that though. Paid survey takers who are really diligent about spending enough time seeking out and taking the right surveys can make several hundred dollars a month. There are even survey enthusiasts who have made $700-1000 a month as well. That type of result isn’t typical and even for certain people, that level of income isn’t always consistent. However, that is a taste of what’s possible when you make paid surveys a part of your life.

Personal Note: The text on the left is dedicated to search engines. I do not expect you guys to read it. It is a generic paid surveys info.
I have been taking surveys for years and I have to be honest with you. Its getting harder and harder to get paid. You can read my in detail reviews of few decent free paid surveys sites. I recent years many of my favorite survey sites went downhill. Only few are still worth our time.
At this point i only take surveys from
American Consumer Opinion
There is many other market research/survey sites that still offer surveys, with many so called "reviewers" trying to get you sign up for IPSOS i-Say, MySurvey, Opinion Outpost (or many other similar survey sites), that offer next to nothing for your time (mostly sweepstakes entries). I don't know how much time you have on your hands. I do not have much to waist.
Best of luck!
